Concurrent with the pop-up shop projects, we designed two permanent stores for CANADA GOOSE: their first Osaka road-side store and the Ginza flagship store.

1. Osaka Store: The skeleton space was enveloped in travertine (natural stone). For the counters and fixtures, we employed a "load-distributing structure," using a multitude of slender wooden sticks to support heavy natural stone and stainless steel tops.

2. Ginza Flagship Store: The facade was constructed with precast concrete (PCa) panels reaching 10 meters above ground. The first-floor interior is enclosed in plaster, seamlessly integrating the display shelves with the walls. The second-floor space is composed of the same PCa material used for the facade.
