CANADA GOOSE POP UP Stores

We designed three distinct pop-up shops for CANADA GOOSE over three seasons.

(Ginza G6) In a semi-circular exhibition space, we designed tensegrity-based hanger racks. They feature curved hanger bars that follow the same arc as the pathway. This design applied a contemporary interpretation—using curved compression members, as seen in biomechanics (bio-tensegrity)—rather than Buckminster Fuller's classic tensegrity, which uses only straight compression members.

(Shibuya PARCO) For a street-level space with two glass facades, we designed a massive timber shell that completely enveloped the interior. The shell was prefabricated in components small enough for transport and then assembled on-site.

(Ginza G6) We proposed a space clad in concrete, where all surfaces—floor, walls, fixtures, and counters—were seamlessly connected, excluding the existing ceiling. By designing the substructure as a prefabricated, modular system, we successfully achieved installation in just a few days.
